Disclaimer

1. Affiliate Disclosure

ShopLikeSam participates in affiliate programs with internet service providers and wireless carriers. When you sign up for a service through a link on our site, we may receive a commission from that provider. This commission comes from the provider — it does not increase the price you pay, nor does it affect the plans or pricing displayed. Our editorial reviews, ratings, and recommendations are made independently of these commercial relationships.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Internet and phone plan pricing, speeds, availability, and promotional offers change frequently. While we verify all pricing and plan details monthly against live provider websites, we cannot guarantee that the information on this site is current or error-free at the exact moment you read it.

Always confirm current pricing, contract terms, and availability directly with the provider before signing up for any service.

3. Not a Service Provider

ShopLikeSam is an independent comparison platform. We are not an internet service provider, wireless carrier, or retailer. We do not sell, install, or support any internet or phone service. Any contract or agreement you enter into is directly between you and the relevant provider — ShopLikeSam is not a party to that agreement and has no liability arising from it.

4. Availability Is Location-Dependent

Plan availability and pricing vary by address, city, and state. Information on this site reflects data from provider partners and public sources but does not guarantee that a specific plan or speed tier is available at your address. Use the availability checker on each provider page or contact the provider directly to confirm service at your location.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShopLikeSam and its owners, editors, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in plan pricing or availability data
• Any issues with services you obtain through providers listed on this site
• Interruption or unavailability of this website

6. Data Sources

Provider information on ShopLikeSam is sourced from the following:

• Direct provider websites and partner data feeds (pricing verified monthly)
• FCC National Broadband Map (coverage and availability)
• Ookla Speedtest Global Index (real-world speed benchmarks)
• J.D. Power U.S. Residential Internet Satisfaction Studies (satisfaction ratings)
