• If the Services offer accounts, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Services

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
• Do not use automated means (scrapers, crawlers) without our written permission.

4. Information Accuracy & Availability

We aim to provide accurate, current information. Availability, speeds, pricing, promotions, and terms are subject to change and may vary by location and provider. Final details are confirmed by the provider at checkout. We do not guarantee that any plan will be available at your specific address.

6. Third-Party Providers & Transactions

If you choose a plan, your order, installation, billing, and support are handled by the provider. We are not a party to your contract with any provider and are not responsible for provider actions, omissions, or service performance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content we publish (including text, page designs, comparisons, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to Shop Like Sam and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. User Content & Feedback

• You are responsible for content you submit (for example, reviews or messages) and you represent you have the right to share it.
• Do not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material.
• If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Shop Like Sam a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.

11. Prohibited Conduct

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOP LIKE SAM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shop Like Sam and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end immediately.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. If your jurisdiction requires arbitration or allows it by agreement, we may elect to resolve disputes via binding arbitration under applicable rules; if so, we will provide details at the time of dispute.

18. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
